We work in deep collaboration with worker centers and base-building organizations, not just during moments of crisis, but on an ongoing basis to enhance the long-term sustainability of the low-wage worker movement. Together, we leverage legal resources to empower workers to challenge exploitative working conditions, engage in collective action, and advance policies that build wealth and power in poor and working-class communities.
